His experience involve defining requirements, designing complex systems and hands on implementation as tem leader. He has worked at key software projects for Landis & Gyr, Wollongong, First Floor Software, Inc, Calico, KLA-Tencor, Intevac, ECtone, Inc and Stratex Networks. Software testing can be stated as the process of validating and verifying that a computer program/application/product:

• meets the requirements that guided its design and development,
• works as expected,
• can be implemented with the same characteristics,

Software testing, depending on the testing method employed, can be implemented at any time in the development process. Traditionally most of the test effort occurs after the requirements have been defined and the coding process has been completed, but in the Agile approaches most of the test effort is on-going. As such, the methodology of the test is governed by the chosen software development methodology.

Requirements analysis: Testing should begin in the requirements phase of the software development life cycle. During the design phase, testers work with developers in determining what aspects of a design are testable and with what parameters those tests work.

Test planning: Test strategy, test plan, testbed creation. Since many activities will be carried out during testing, a plan is needed.

Test development: Test procedures, test scenarios, test cases, test datasets, test scripts to use in testing software.

Test execution: Testers execute the software based on the plans and test documents then report any errors found to the development team.

Test reporting: Once testing is completed, testers generate metrics and make final reports on their test effort and whether or not the software tested is ready for release.

Finding the manufacturing defects for Quality improvement. Physical Damage means damages or changes to the physical appearance of the Electronic Equipment which do not impede or hinder the normal operational function such as scratches, abrasions, or changes in color, texture, or finish.

2.   Measurement Test

In this test Length, Diameter, Height & Weight will be measured using the well calibrated equipments.

3.   Swipe Speed Test

In this test, we will preset the swiper test to various speeds using the Robots. Verify if the data encryption can be read at specified swipe speed by Android Application in the phone.

4.   Climate Chamber Test

In this test, the DUT mounted on a swiper tester inside the humidity chamber with test card swiping the period of time. The relative humidity maintains at 95% non-condensing. Samples will be tested at hot and cold temperature as defined in the table below.
In this test, we will preset the swiper tester to different Temperatures.

5.   Dropping Test

In this test, each sample will be dropped on the concrete from the different heights. After each drop, we will swipe the sample with a test card and verify if it can read data encryption correctly.

6.   Device Life Test

In this test, each sample will be swiped on the swipe tester with a test card throughout a period of swipes.

7.   Measuring Electrical Quantities

In this test, the sample are tested with Voltage, Current, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, & etc... with the well calibrated equipments.
